Privacy Policy
How TUCKR89 LLC handles information across the TuckR89 Apps website and mobile apps.
1. Who we are
TUCKR89 LLC ("TuckR89," "we," "us," or "our") develops and operates the TuckR89 apps and related websites. Privacy and support questions may be sent to contact@tuckr89.com.
2. Information we handle
The information handled depends on the app you use. We do not state that every TuckR89 app collects the same data.

3. Device permissions
Some apps may request permissions only when relevant to a feature, such as notifications for reminders or access to a camera/photo picker/file picker when you choose to attach, import, export, upload, or share a file. Operating-system permission controls can be changed in device settings. Denying an optional permission may disable the related feature.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features and subscriptions may be processed by Google Play or Apple. Those stores process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy policies. Our apps may receive product, transaction, purchase-verification, subscription-status, or entitlement information needed to complete, restore, verify, and provide a purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card number from the app store.
5. Analytics, diagnostics, and service communications
Most local-first apps reviewed for this policy do not include advertising SDKs. Madison Paycheck includes operational telemetry and Firebase Analytics in its Android build to understand app operation and reliability. Network-enabled apps such as Madison Paycheck, Word Search Daily, and TuckR89 Cloud necessarily communicate with their service endpoints; normal server logs may include technical information such as IP address, request time, response status, and device/client information needed for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
6. How we use information
We use information to provide requested app features; authenticate and secure accounts; store, retrieve, synchronize, or deliver user-requested content; process and restore entitlements; provide daily/content services; diagnose failures; prevent abuse; maintain service integrity; respond to support requests; and comply with applicable law.
7. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell users' personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that process data on our behalf, including hosting/infrastructure providers, Google services used by Firebase Analytics, and Google Play or Apple for purchases and platform services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a lawful business transaction. User-directed exports, shares, or uploads to third-party destinations are governed by the destination chosen by the user.
8. Tracking and advertising
The app source reviewed for this policy does not include third-party advertising SDKs. We do not use the reviewed apps to sell personal data or to track users across other companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and applicable store privacy disclosures and obtain permissions where required.
9. Retention and deletion
For local-first apps, app data generally remains on the device until the user deletes records, clears app data, or uninstalls the app; exported copies remain wherever the user chose to save them. Server-based information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, support, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Backup or security logs may persist for a limited period after deletion before routine rotation.
Madison Paycheck includes an in-app account-deletion function designed to permanently delete the account and associated Madison Paycheck employers, calculations, comparisons, sessions, and account data. 10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. TuckR89 Cloud includes account/session security features and may support email verification, multi-factor authentication, and passkeys. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Children
TuckR89 apps are general-purpose products and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Privacy choices
Depending on the app and applicable law, users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or object to certain processing. Device permissions can be changed in system settings. Account and deletion information is available on our Data & Account Deletion page.
13. International processing
TuckR89 is based in the United States. If you use an online TuckR89 service from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
14. Changes
We may update this policy as apps, services, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective or last-updated date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or service.
